Hotel Torifito Miyakojima Resort

Torifito is so conveniently located! It was only a 10 minute walk from the airport and a similar 10 minute walk to nearby rental car locations. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were very nice! They even serve the famous Okinawan taco rice. The hotel was near a shopping center with dinner and grocery options, so we'd often come home from the beach to shower, eat lunch and relax in our room before going out to watch the sunset.

We stayed there for 3 days. We didn’t have International driving license because of which it was inconvenient to go to bus stop and travel. If you have rental car then it’s best to stay here. If you don’t have car then find a place near to regular bus stop which can take you to multiple places. But frequency of Buses are very few in Miyakojima. You need to plan properly. Hotel staff helped me out to get the bus tour. They were very polite and supportive.

Staff was so helpful and very friendly. They promptly provided what we needed and answered a lot of questions politely. They helped get us on the buses we needed.

Really good value for money.

Walkable from the airport. Rooms were 20sqm metres, comfortable. Good location as a base to explore the island.
