We stayed there for 3 days. We didn’t have International driving license because of which it was inconvenient to go to bus stop and travel. If you have rental car then it’s best to stay here. If you don’t have car then find a place near to regular bus stop which can take you to multiple places. But frequency of Buses are very few in Miyakojima. You need to plan properly. Hotel staff helped me out to get the bus tour. They were very polite and supportive.

Torifito is so conveniently located! It was only a 10 minute walk from the airport and a similar 10 minute walk to nearby rental car locations. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were very nice! They even serve the famous Okinawan taco rice. The hotel was near a shopping center with dinner and grocery options, so we'd often come home from the beach to shower, eat lunch and relax in our room before going out to watch the sunset.

The location close to the airport was amazing for me, but, it is far from the downtown area, so either take the bus (the stop is very close! But, depending on the bus you need and day of the week, you might have to wait up to 2 hours), or ask the staff to call a taxi (for me it was around ¥2500). Overall, I would definitely reccomend this hotel!

We had booked breakfast with our stay which was also very good with a lot of choice between Asian/Japanese and Western food. Location was very close to the airport which made it easily acessible by foot.
